Horse Riding:
Donegal from the saddle will bring you through a varied mix of changing landscape including white sandy beaches, rolling hills and quiet back roads. Riding instruction is available at the many approved equestrian centers throughout the county. They offer the visitor the opportunity to safely develop their horse riding skills in a relaxed holiday atmosphere. Prices start from about €25 per hour. Some centers offer group or family special offers too. The closest riding center to the hostel is Dunfanaghy Riding Stables. About a half an hour drive north to the seaside town of Dunfanaghy. This center caters for all riding abilities and takes you out along the shores of the beautiful Dunfanaghy beach.
